The administrator of the personal data of Clients is Feedstar limited liability company with its registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, at Królewska 6 street, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000508372, with share capital of PLN 6,700.00, NIP 5291803627, REGON 147224978.

The seller declares that all personal data obtained during the operation of the online wholesale store www.feedstar.pl are confidential. Under no circumstances will they be disclosed to other individuals or entities, in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data. In accordance with this law, store Clients have the right to access their data and to modify them. Clients also have the right to request that their personal data not be used or that they be completely removed from the www.feedstar.pl wholesale store's database.

To successfully place an order in the store www.feedstar.pl, it is required to voluntarily consent to the processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended). By registering, the customer agrees to the inclusion of their personal data in the store's database and to its processing for marketing purposes by the store owner, including collecting opinions about the store and products through services such as ceneo.pl, opineo.pl.

The personal data administrator, via the website www.feedstar.pl and other forms of communication, processes the following personal data of the Client:

first and last name;
address of residence;
delivery address;
email address;
phone number.

To fulfill the agreement and properly execute the order, the administrator may provide personal data to recipients of data within the meaning of Article 7 point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular, to postal operators, courier companies, or payment operators. In other cases, personal data may be disclosed in situations provided for by law or with consent, as mentioned in Article 23(1)(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The administrator, with the User's consent, is authorized to send the User, at the email address or phone number provided during registration, commercial information as defined by the Act of July 18, 2002, on Providing Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The User has the right to withdraw consent to receive commercial information from the Administrator, as mentioned in this section. To do so, please send the appropriate information via email to biuro@feedstar.pl.

The administrator may change this Privacy Policy at any time, informing users via the website, electronically to the provided email address, or upon login.

The client has the right to access their personal data, modify them, request to stop processing them, or permanently delete them. To exercise this right, please send an email to biuro@feedstar.pl.

ACCESS LOG INFORMATION

With the availability of the website biuro@feedstar.pl, information regarding the use of the site by users and their IP addresses is collected in the form of access logs. This information is used for technical purposes related to server administration and for statistical purposes.

COOKIES

    Providing your personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the agreement with you, which allows us to provide the service, sell the goods. If you do not provide your personal data, it will be impossible to conclude the agreement, and as a result, you will not be able to use the services provided by Feedstar.
    If required by legal regulations, we may need to request additional data necessary for accounting or tax purposes. In other cases, providing your data is voluntary.

    You have all the rights provided under the GDPR, including the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction and deletion of data, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of personal data.
    You have the right to file a complaint related to Feedstar's processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority (address: Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

    You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when:
    Your personal data is processed based on a legitimate interest, and the objection is justified by your particular situation.

    We share your personal data with entities providing IT services to Feedstar and accounting, auditing, and courier services. In cases required by legal regulations, we may provide your personal data to public authorities.

    We store your personal data for the duration of the agreement concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purposes of:
    Pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the agreement,
    Fulfilling obligations resulting from legal regulations, including tax and accounting regulations,

    For a maximum of 10 years from the date of contract performance completion.

    We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the agreement or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first.

    For accountability purposes, i.e., demonstrating compliance with legal obligations concerning the processing of personal data, we will store your data for the period required for Feedstar to retain data or documents containing such data to document compliance with legal requirements and allow for inspection by public authorities.
